Hello, my name is Rose Lavelle! I'm a sweet and playful pup named after a famous soccer player, and I think I share some of her star qualities. I love to surprise my foster family with my creativity, especially when playing with balls and tug toys! I'm working hard on my leash walking, staying close to my foster mom, so you'll have to watch your step! Potty training is going great, and I'm learning to ring the bells on the door to let you know when I need to go out. I'm a good girl in my crate, especially when it's covered, and I usually sleep through the night, though I might need a middle-of-the-night potty break as I'm still a baby. I'm also practicing being a big girl and staying in my crate when my foster mom leaves. I live with my foster mom, a resident dog named Mr. Ted, and a rabbit. I absolutely adore playing with my foster mom's grandkids, but I need to be supervised when with them as they are very young and still learning how to play safely. I'm a fast learner and love discovering new things, like walking on different surfaces, going through tunnels, and even playing the piano! I'm a very special girl because I'm deaf, but that doesn't stop me from learning. I respond wonderfully to hand signals, and my foster mom uses gentle touches to my rear or stomps on the floor to get my attention when I'm further away. I have so much love to give, and I can't wait to share it with my forever family.
