Julieta

Julieta is a 7-year-old female German Shepherd mix who weighs approximately 55 lbs. This sweet girl may be a bit older, but she still has plenty of love and affection to give! She's looking for a supportive family to call her own, as she hasn't had one before. Julieta and her brother Romeo were rescued at 6 months old and received much-needed care and rehabilitation. She's a very sociable dog who enjoys playing with other dogs and has a keen intelligence, making her a good guardian. Julieta walks well on a leash, loves long walks, and listens well to commands. She also enjoys outdoor fun and is a great travel companion, loving car rides!

Ideal Home

A home that understands the needs of rescued animals and is committed to providing education and protection. Experience with dog behavior and training is preferred, along with high tolerance and patience for rescued pups. Julieta is not house-trained.

Ongoing Health

Julieta has been spayed/neutered, vaccinated with DHPPI, Rabies, and Bordetella. She has been dewormed, microchipped, and tested negative for heartworm. She receives monthly Nexgard Spectra for flea, tick, and heartworm prevention. A health certificate and vaccination booklet are available.

Training & Support

Julieta is not house-trained and will require patience and consistency in this area. She is intelligent and listens well to commands, but adopters should be prepared for an adjustment period.

Transportation

Julieta is currently in Saltillo, Mexico, and is ready to travel to the East Coast of the United States on our next cross-country trip. Transportation to your home address is available for an additional fee.
