• Meeting spots are available in Morton, Illinois; Deer Valley Lodge in Wisconsin; Fort Dodge, Iowa; and Des Moines, Iowa at no charge. A trip fee applies for locations more than three hours away.
• Ground transportation is available through a trusted transporter for $450–$550 or $550, depending on the option and location.
• Flight-nanny transportation is available for $700–$1,200.
• You may also fly into Eastern Iowa Airport (CID) or Des Moines Airport (DSM) for a meeting handoff.
