Nelson is a happy, healthy puppy who is ready to find the forever family he deserves.
Nelson is estimated to be about 16 weeks old and weighs 27 pounds. While his exact breed mix is unknown, he is guessed to be a Boxer mix, possibly with Labrador Retriever or other breeds mixed in. Based on his current size and growth, he is expected to mature into a medium to large-sized adult dog.
This handsome boy has a wonderful personality to match his good looks. Nelson is playful, outgoing, and loves being around people. He enjoys romping around with his canine friends, exploring the world around him, and then settling down for snuggles and affection. He is the kind of puppy who can bring both fun and companionship to a home.
Nelson has been raised in foster care with other dogs, cats, and children and has done well with all of them. He is social, friendly, and adaptable, making him a great fit for many different households. Whether joining a family with children, another dog, or feline companions, Nelson has shown he can adjust well and enjoy the company of others.

Ongoing Health
Nelson is neutered, microchipped, dewormed, fecal tested negative, vaccinated for DHPP, Rabies, and Bordetella, and is current on flea, tick, heartworm, and parasite prevention. He has been fully cleared for adoption by a licensed veterinarian. He has recovered from abandonment and parvo.
Training & Support
Like any young puppy, Nelson is still learning the basics. He is currently working on house training, crate training, and leash manners and is making excellent progress.

Transporation
Nelson is located in Glenolden, PA. He can be adopted to residents of PA, NJ, MD, DE, NY, VA, NC, WV, OH, TX, NM, OK, NC, MA, RI, VT, NH, CT, and ME, with occasional exceptions considered on a case-by-case basis. You must be prepared to travel to the foster's home to meet and adopt Nelson.
