Meet Joy!
Joy is a delightful 4-month-old Lab mix whose presence truly brings happiness. She has the most endearing puppy face, complete with soft, floppy ears, warm brown eyes, and an irresistible puppy grin. Her adorable expressions will melt your heart, and she's as soft as a teddy bear, loving snuggles just as much as playtime with her siblings. Joy is thriving in her foster home, where she enjoys playing, exploring, and cuddling with her littermates. She also lives with children and adores them. Joy is affectionate, gentle, playful, and very people-oriented, always happy to curl up on a lap for some quality cuddle time. She's doing wonderfully with potty training and is learning about routines and good manners. Like all puppies, she'll need a family committed to continuing her training to help her grow into a confident, well-rounded adult. If you're looking for a sweet companion to join you on adventures and relax with afterward, Joy is ready to be your new best friend.
Ideal Home
Joy thrives in a home where she receives plenty of love, attention, and opportunities for play and cuddles. She adores children and would likely do well in a family environment.
Ongoing Health
Joy is up-to-date on all her vetting, which includes DAPP with booster, Bordetella, and Rabies vaccines, multiple broad-spectrum deworming treatments, flea prevention, and a 12-month injectable heartworm preventative. She has also been tested for heartworms.
Training & Support
Joy is doing well with potty training and is learning about routines and puppy manners. She will need a family willing to continue her training and help her grow into a confident, well-rounded adult.

- The adoption fee is $1200 and includes all vetting, transport, and a microchip with free lifetime registration.
- An additional $87 surcharge applies due to rising transportation costs.
Transportation
Joy is currently in the Houston area, Texas. Transportation is available nationwide via our rescue-run USDA-certified transport system. Drop-off locations include WA, UT, OR, ID, VA, PA, OH, NY, CT, VT, TN, KY, WI, MN, IL, WI, and Canada (with pickup options in Bellingham, WA, Buffalo, NY, or Brattleboro, VT for Canadian adopters). Texas adopters must pick up from the Houston area.
