McGinger

McGinger is a sweet, curious, and courageous 6-week-old chiweenie mix weighing just 4 pounds. She has beautiful white, brown, and black markings, giving her a look reminiscent of a little beagle. She's one of six siblings, and while she enjoys playtime, she's also a fan of a good nap and prefers to avoid roughhousing with her brothers. McGinger is incredibly friendly and affectionate, showering her foster mom with love and patiently waiting her turn for cuddles. She dreams of a cozy bed, plenty of belly rubs, backyard adventures, and a human to love forever.

Ongoing Health

Puppies are not spayed or neutered until approximately 6 months of age. McGinger will be up-to-date on vaccinations and will be microchipped before transport. Adopters will receive a $100 rebate upon proof of spay/neuter surgery.

Training & Support

McGinger will benefit from a dog-loving person who understands that she'll need a little time to adjust and settle into her new family.

Transportation

McGinger is currently being fostered near Houston, TX. She can be transported to your area via scheduled rescue transport, which runs once a month. The transport service is through AJC Rescue & Transport, and you will be included in a group chat to track her progress in real-time, with updates on exact locations and estimated arrival times.
