Susie Q aka Carmen

Susie Q, affectionately known as Carmen, is a sweet and trusting girl who is ready to leave her past behind and embrace a life of love and spoiling. She was rescued by a kind foster after someone saw her video and knew she needed a second chance. Carmen has a flea and tick allergy, but thankfully, her required monthly medication will be provided by her rescue, and her beautiful coat is already growing back wonderfully. She adores belly rubs, leash walks, playing tug-of-war, and car rides – she's a true five-star passenger! Carmen is crate trained and has successfully completed board and train for temperament, as well as obedience training. She has also passed temperament tests with dogs at daycare and the vet, showing no issues.

Carmen would thrive in a home where she can be doted on and experience the loving care she deserves.

Ongoing Health

Carmen has a flea and tick allergy that requires a once-monthly medication. This medication will continue to be provided by the rescue, even after adoption.

Training & Support

Carmen has completed board and train for temperament and obedience training and passed with flying colors, so no additional training is needed. She is also crate trained.
