Roxie

Meet Roxie, a regal 2-year-old Pit Bull who weighs 66.3 pounds. She’s a beautiful girl with a gorgeous smile, a loving heart for people, and a story that highlights the importance of a second chance. Roxie was brought to a vet to be euthanized after a fight with another dog, but the veterinary staff recognized her potential and contacted our rescue. We couldn't say no to giving this young, healthy, people-friendly dog the life she deserves.

Ideal Home

Roxie is looking for her kingdom where she can be the one and only queen of the castle. She needs to be the only pet in the household and we do not believe she should be placed in a home with cats. She thrives best as the center of attention and wants all the love to herself.

Ongoing Health

Roxie is spayed, vaccinated, on flea and tick prevention, and microchipped.

Training & Support

Roxie is learning leash manners and making great progress! We do not know if she is housebroken, as she has primarily been housed in a run and kept separately from other pets. She deserves a family who understands that being an only pet means her happily ever after looks a little different, but she is still worthy of love.
