A little about them
Meet Sully, a 50-pound big-hearted boy who made his way from Manitoba through rescue partners and is now fostered in Selkirk, ON. Sully is an affectionate, loyal Velcro dog who loves staying close to his people and relaxing together.
He has settled beautifully in foster care, enjoys meeting new people, and has lovely manners in the home. Sully is good with children and other dogs, house trained, eats well, sleeps soundly, and understands his potty routine.
Ideal Home
Sully would thrive with a loving family that can provide plenty of companionship and a predictable routine. Because he has a strong prey drive and becomes overstimulated around squirrels, rabbits, cats, and other small animals, he needs a home without cats or small animals. His family should be patient and willing to help him safely manage leash distractions, build confidence, and become more comfortable spending time independently.
Ongoing Health
Sully is vaccinated and neutered.
Training & Support
Sully is house trained and has lovely manners in the home. He is not comfortable in a crate and currently finds confinement stressful. His new family should patiently support him as he learns independence.
