Pennz

Meet Pennz! This loving 2-year-old beagle mix is a survivor, having come to us from neglectful conditions where he and two other dogs lived outside. They were found covered in fire ants and fleas, and even had motor oil applied to their fur in a misguided attempt to help with the pests. Despite these hardships, Pennz is a happy and loving boy, ready to leave his past behind and embrace a future filled with spoiling and affection. He's a bit shy, but very friendly and gets along wonderfully with other dogs. Pennz is ready to turn his life around and is eager for his second chance at happiness.

Ideal Home

Pennz would thrive in a home where he can continue to build his confidence. He enjoys the company of other dogs, so a canine companion would be a great addition to his new family.

Ongoing Health

Pennz is on the mend and is gearing up for his forever home. He is neutered and vaccinated.

Training & Support

Pennz is not yet house-trained and will need guidance and patience as he learns this new skill.

• Applicants not located along the East Coast should be willing to travel to pick up their pet.
• We provide local or virtual meet-and-greets with an application on file.
