Ireland

Ireland is a spirited four-year-old American Pit Bull Terrier whose journey began as a pandemic puppy, found tied to a fence in Philadelphia. Due to missed early socialization, she can be a bit unsure when meeting new people or in public settings. She's also reactive with other dogs, so we're looking for a home where she can be the only pet. While she once had a Pomeranian friend and might potentially be acclimated to a calm male dog in the future, for now, she's best as the sole furry companion.

Ireland is a true athlete, always ready for a run or an adventure! Car rides are a favorite, and she's happy to ride shotgun. Once she trusts you, she's a loyal and loving friend.

Ideal Home

Ireland would thrive in an active household with adults only. She's a bit unsure of new people and public settings and is reactive with other dogs.

Ongoing Health

Ireland has been spayed, vaccinated, tested negative for heartworms, and microchipped.

Training & Support

Ireland is not house-trained. She will need ongoing support to build confidence in new situations and with new people.
