Mona April Showers

Mona April Showers is a tiny, 3-month-old pup who currently weighs in at almost 16 lbs. While her exact adult size is unknown, she's expected to grow into a medium-sized dog, as her mom is a 35 lb pittie mix. Mona and her littermates are rescues who have blossomed in foster care, transforming into playful, joyful, and cuddly puppies. They are being raised with cats and are doing wonderfully, learning important puppy basics from their foster siblings. Mona is sweet, curious, and observant, offering a perfect blend of playful energy and affectionate cuddles.

Mona will need a family that is prepared for the commitment of training, socialization, and all the dedication that puppyhood requires.

Mona is up-to-date on all medical care and is considered very healthy.

Training & Support

Implementing routine, structure, setting boundaries, and proper socialization is key from the start for Mona. We require a commitment to crate training her immediately upon arrival to aid in potty training, energy management, and overall development.

Transporation

Mona is located in Texas and can be transported nationwide through our rescue's USDA-certified transport system. Drop-off locations include WA, UT, OR, ID, VA, PA, OH, NY, CT, VT, TN, KY, WI, MN, IL, and Canada (pickup in Bellingham, WA, Buffalo, NY, or Brattleboro, VT for Canadian adopters). An $87 surcharge applies due to rising transportation costs. Texas adopters must pick up from the Houston area.
