Lilo

This is Lilo! She and her buddy Stitch were found running loose in a neighborhood with 10 other dogs! A good Samaritan took both of these cuties in and contacted ATDR. Of course, we said yes and immediately retrieved them and placed them in a comfortable foster home. Lilo was a bit shy at first, but has warmed up quickly. She loves and seeks attention from her foster mom and seems to want to please. She's very playful and gets along well with the other fosters in the house, but being small, she's more comfortable with larger pups than with smaller ones. Lilo is coming along nicely and, given time to settle in, will make a wonderful loving pet when adopted.

Lilo's foster mom says she is a beautiful lil girl with big beautiful eyes, extremely affectionate, sweet, and full of personality. She LOVES treats and belly rubs. She's very good with kids old enough to treat her with respect. She takes a little time to warm up to men. Definitely needs a buddy to run and play with. She is also very protective...a tiny lil guard dog with a big heart full of love and joy.

Ideal Home

Lilo would enjoy a safely fenced yard to spend time in. She definitely needs a buddy to run and play with. She is very good with kids old enough to treat her with respect, but takes a little time to warm up to men.

Ongoing Health

Lilo is healthy and ready for her new home.

Training & Support

Lilo is coming along nicely and with gentle guidance and direction, she will become a wonderful little friend and companion.
