This beautiful 3.5-month-old German Shepherd mix, Zambie, is a professional cuddle bug! While she may be a little shy at first, once she feels comfortable, she blossoms into the sweetest, most devoted companion. She loves to be close to her people and soaks up all the affection she can get. With her striking black and tan coat, soulful eyes, and adorable white blaze, Zambie is sure to capture your heart. She enjoys playing with her siblings but is equally happy napping afterward. Zambie thrives on routine and is an excellent sleeper, settling in well at night and enjoying her daytime naps. She has been exposed to children and does great with them, is comfortable with adults, and gets along wonderfully with the adult German Shepherd she lives with. She enjoys being part of the pack and has adapted well to life with other dogs. Classical music helps bring out her calm, gentle nature. Zambie is making great progress with crate and potty training and continues to gain confidence with consistency and routine. She offers a wonderful balance of playful puppy energy and quiet affection, making her an easy companion to love. Like all puppies, she'll need patience, guidance, and continued training as she grows into a loyal best friend.

Zambie is up-to-date on all vetting, including vaccinations, deworming, flea and heartworm prevention. She will be spayed and microchipped prior to adoption.

Zambie is working on her crate and potty training and is making excellent progress with a consistent routine. She will benefit from continued training and patience as she grows.

We facilitate nationwide adoptions using our USDA-certified transport system, with drop-off locations in various states including WA, UT, OR, ID, VA, PA, OH, NY, CT, VT, TN, KY, WI, MN, IL, WI, and Canada (pickup in Bellingham, WA, Buffalo, NY or Brattleboro, VT for Canadian adopters). You can track her journey in real time. Texas adopters must pick up from the Houston area.
