Samuel

Samuel is a sweet, silly, playful shepherd who has made remarkable progress since arriving at the rescue skinny and missing much of his hair. Now around 6 years old, he is thriving, gaining weight, and growing back his beautiful fluffy coat. He loves life, toys, stuffies, playing outside, and chasing water from the hose on warm days. Samuel enjoys people and deserves a loving family of his own.

Ideal Home

Samuel needs a home without cats or small dogs. He does well with larger dogs and enjoys sharing toys with his foster friends. He has enjoyed everyone he has met.

Ongoing Health

Samuel is neutered, microchipped, heartworm tested, and current on vaccines. He still has a few patches of missing hair, with regrowth continuing over time.

Training & Support

Samuel is house-trained and enjoys happily entertaining himself with toys. He is smart, playful, and especially loves stuffies.
