Neal Beer is from Illinois and breeds Havanese.  We have been breeding for 18 years, and are a small family oriented breeder.  Our kids love it, and provide much of the socialization, and participate in the care, nurture, and development of our puppies. AKC proudly supports dedicated and responsible breeders. We encourage all prospective puppy owners to do their research and be prepared with questions to ask the breeder.
