Rayo

What a handsome boy! Rayo is a playful, goofy, and joy-filled dog who greets everyone like a long-lost friend. His tail wags a mile a minute, as if to say, "I'm still here. I still believe in people." He found himself alone and abandoned on the streets of Houston, but thankfully, a kind stranger rescued him from a dangerous situation near a busy highway. After a vet check, it was discovered he had a microchip, but sadly, his owner refused to reclaim him. Thankfully, a good Samaritan reached out to our rescue, and we promised Rayo he would never be left behind or treated as disposable again. Rayo is potty trained and fully vetted. We are currently awaiting his heartworm results.
