Tulip

Meet Tulip, the sweetest flower at our shelter! Tulip is a 1-year-old Boxer and Rhodesian Ridgeback mix who was brought to us as a stray with no owners appearing. Her introduction to our shelter was rough; she was found in the middle of the road, riddled with parasites and ticks. She was very low energy due to the parasites, but quickly did a 180 once she recovered. Our mellow girl soon opened up and began to show her personality, and boy, is it a big one! She loves her people more than anything and demands pets from anyone around. Though she may not have had the best life before, she is now taking full advantage of all the good things life has to offer! We're not entirely sure if Tulip is dog-friendly yet, but we'll have a more definitive answer soon. What we do know for sure is that she needs a loving household that will treat her much better than she has been treated before.

Ideal Home

Tulip needs a loving household who will treat her well. We are still determining her compatibility with other dogs.

Ongoing Health

Tulip was treated for parasites and ticks upon arrival and has made a full recovery. She is spayed and vaccinated.

Tulip is house-trained.
