When Arlo arrived at the shelter as an owner surrender, he was in rough condition. We don't know what circumstances led to that decision, but we do know that Arlo deserved better. Arlo absolutely adores children and enjoys being part of family activities. Because of his size and strength, he would do best with older children who won't be easily knocked over during his happy, excited moments.
