Meet Rac, the raccoony pooch! This handsome 62 lb Husky Mix, estimated to be born on March 11, 2023, is an outgoing and active guy who exudes happiness. Rac's adorable raccoon-like markings are just the beginning of his charm. He absolutely loves playtime with his doggy friends, practicing zoomies, and engaging with his foster dad during toy sessions. Long walks and new adventures are his jam, and while he might need a little encouragement to hop into a car, he thoroughly enjoys the ride once he's in! Rac was rescued during a winter freeze, having been found roaming without shelter. A kind neighbor provided him with food until his foster dad stepped in to give him a forever home. He even spent time with a trainer to help him transition from street life to being a beloved indoor companion. Rac is doing wonderfully in his foster home with his canine siblings, though he's a bit too energetic for kitties. His foster dad describes him as very sweet and a big fan of cuddles and attention.
