Palmer is happiest when he's active, playing fetch, enjoying his toys, and interacting with his people. He's intelligent, athletic, and thrives when he has space to move and a purpose to focus on. Palmer is house-trained and has mastered "sit" and "wait," proving his ability to listen and obey with positive reinforcement and encouragement.
