Umbreon

Meet Umbreon! This sweet, affectionate 3-year-old terrier mix, weighing around 22 lbs, was found as a stray and is now ready to find his forever family. He truly lives up to the phrase "sweet as pie" once he feels comfortable and secure. Umbreon is a loyal companion who wants nothing more than to be someone's good boy.

Ideal Home

Umbreon can be a bit dog selective and has shown some food resource guarding tendencies. He'll do best with thoughtful introductions to new companions and a home that understands how to manage these behaviors. For the safety of our small breed dogs and based on past experiences, we will not place our dogs in homes with large breed dogs.

Ongoing Health

Umbreon is currently heartworm positive but is receiving treatment in our care and doing well. Up-to-date vaccines, microchip, and spay/neuter are included in the adoption fee.

Training & Support

With structure, clear boundaries, and love, Umbreon is a wonderful companion. A home willing to work with his needs as he continues treatment will help him thrive.
