MARLOW

Marlow is a hilarious 15-month-old, 75 lb Border Collie/Lab mix who lives life to the fullest! She's a super friendly girl who loves to play, run, and exercise. She's guaranteed to make you laugh with her energy and antics, like doing somersaults on her toys! While she's not a couch potato and playtime should never end for her, she can also balance out her energy level to a "6" when it's time to relax. Marlow is incredibly smart and learns quickly, already knowing commands like SIT, LAY DOWN, GO TO BED, COME, EASY, and DROP IT. She communicates her needs clearly by ringing bells on the sliding glass door or barking to go out.

Ideal Home

Marlow would thrive in a home where she receives plenty of playtime and attention. She'd love to be a part of the family, a sidekick, or even have a job like agility training. She does need a home with a securely fenced yard due to her prey drive. She cannot be left unsupervised with cats or chickens.

Ongoing Health

Marlow is up-to-date on vaccinations and spayed. She is a master at annihilating her toys and will eat the pieces, so tough toys and supervision are a must. She does not chew on furniture or other household items.

Training & Support

Marlow is house-trained and sleeps in her crate at night or when home alone. She is great in the car and enjoys rides. She pulls a little on the leash but is not out of control. She needs a gentle hand when receiving treats; she responds best to the "EASY" command. She can be food protective of other dogs and eats in her crate. She is not protective of toys, food, or people with humans. She is not a fan of being brushed.
