Meet Achilles, a 74lb Doberman Pinscher mix with a heart as big as his paws! Born on July 7, 2023, Achilles is a gentle giant still figuring out his size. He has an abundance of love to give and plenty of energy to share. Achilles is eager to please and responds well to positive reinforcement, making training a rewarding experience. He’s a pro at using the doggy door and is a champion cuddler, truly a giant puppy at heart. Sadly, Achilles experienced neglect and his athletic needs were not met, but he's ready to leave his past behind. He would thrive in an active household where he can stay stimulated and engaged, helping him to be a calm and happy companion.

Training & Support

Achilles is working on his leash skills and other commands. He may experience some anxiety if left alone for extended periods, but he is crate trained and knows the doggy door. Keeping him stimulated will help him burn energy and stay calmer throughout the day.
