Colt

Hi there! My name is Colt, and I'm a handsome, 3-year-old, 65-pound mixed breed boy looking for my forever home. I'm intelligent, athletic, and incredibly focused, especially when it comes to my favorite toys! I absolutely adore people and all the affection and pets they give. I'm a super sweet and outgoing guy, and I might even sneak in a kiss or two! My beautiful fawn coat and matching eyes give me a very distinctive and handsome look. I'm heartworm negative and ready to bring my smarts and love to a new family.

Ideal Home

I would do best in an adult-only home, as I do not do well with children. I have a herding tendency and may nip at movement, especially if people are running. When it comes to other dogs, I can be a bit selective. If you have a dog at home, we'll need to do a meet and greet to ensure we're a good match. I tend to do better with female or non-dominant dogs.

Training & Support

I'm a smart cookie! I already know "sit" and "down" and I absolutely love training sessions. My drive for toys is intense, which can be a great tool for training and bonding.
