Ongoing Health

Hazel's adoption fee includes two vaccinations, deworming, and heartworm prevention when age-appropriate. Additional fees apply for a microchip, 3rd puppy vaccination, and rabies vaccination if administered. A refundable $75 spay/neuter deposit will be collected for unaltered puppies and refunded upon proof of surgery.
