My name is King and I'm a handsome 2-year-old Lab mix weighing in at about 50 pounds. I absolutely love a good game of tug-o-war and I'm quite fond of my cozy blanket. While I can be a little shy and nervous when I first meet new people or other dogs, I warm up with a little patience and soon enjoy gentle petting. I'm still learning leash manners and sometimes get a bit carried away chewing on it, but I'm a smart pup and look to my person for guidance, so I'm sure I'll master new skills quickly! I'm okay in a crate, though it's not my favorite place to be.

Ideal Home

I'm looking for a patient adult-only home where I can continue to build my confidence. A fenced-in yard would be absolutely wonderful for me to explore and play safely!

Ongoing Health

I am neutered and vaccinated.

Training & Support

I'm working on my leash manners and have a tendency to chew on my leash. I'm also still getting used to new people and dogs, so continued socialization and positive reinforcement will help me thrive.
