Princess Leia

Princess Leia is a beautiful 15-month-old mix of Labrador Retriever, American Pit Bull Terrier, and German Shepherd. She has a sleek coat with a white chest and the most endearing amber eyes. Leia and her brother Luke were found struggling to survive on the streets, and after being rescued, she received immediate veterinary care, including being spayed and vaccinated. She's a quick learner, mastering "sit" faster than her brother, and has a very sweet disposition. She loves to play, dig, chew, and then relax in the sun. Above all, she craves pets and belly rubs, and her heart-melting gaze will surely win you over.

Ideal Home

Leia would thrive in a home with a yard to play in and another dog to keep her company. She enjoys a cool place to relax and dream of chasing butterflies.

Ongoing Health

Leia is spayed, heartworm negative, and up-to-date on all vaccinations. She is microchipped. She does experience motion sickness in the car.

Training & Support

Leia is potty-trained and crate-trained. She responds well to redirection and has learned to be independent of her sibling. She is not food aggressive and responds to a "dog whistle" for appropriate play.
