Colt

I'm Colt, a bundle of pure joy and energy! I absolutely love to play and my tail wags a mile a minute whenever you come home. I'm getting better with my crate training, but honestly, my favorite place to be is snuggled up with you in bed. Playing with my doggy foster siblings is a blast; we love to chase each other and chew on toys – sometimes even the little humans' toys, oops! I get along well with my foster human siblings, but very young children might find my enthusiasm a bit overwhelming. I'm improving with potty training and have a cheerful bark to let you know when I need to go outside. All I really want is to share my love and find a family to call my own. I can't wait to meet you!

Colt and his brother Kolsch can be adopted together for a reduced fee; they truly love each other.

Ideal Home

Colt is energetic and playful, and while he gets along with his foster siblings, very young children might find his exuberance a bit much.

Ongoing Health

Colt is fully vetted, heartworm negative, neutered, and microchipped.

Training & Support

Colt is working on his crate and potty training and is improving. He's learning to let you know when he needs to go out with a bark.

Transporation

Colt is located in Houston, TX. For approved out-of-state adoptions, we can arrange safe, professional transport for an additional $300 fee, which covers transportation and the USDA-required health certificate.
