Milo Pettibone

Milo is a 4-year-old, 55-pound yellow Lab mix with a heart full of love and a personality full of quirks! He's a sweet, goofy soul who also enjoys a good toy and the occasional chase of nothing at all. Milo thrives on routine and predictability, which helps him feel secure and allows his wonderfully goofy personality to shine. He's generally a calm companion around the house, happy to lounge nearby, but when it's time for outdoor adventures, he celebrates with an enthusiastic trot-bark! He enjoys his time in the yard and loves to play with toys.

Ideal Home

Milo would do best in a home that can provide him with a consistent routine and plenty of predictability to help him feel secure.

Ongoing Health

Milo experiences some separation anxiety, but it improves with time and reassurance.

Training & Support

Milo is mostly housebroken but benefits from frequent potty breaks and a consistent schedule. He walks nicely on leash and enjoys his yard time. He is a counter surfer and needs a patient owner who understands this behavior. Milo gets along well with other dogs, especially when food is not involved, and he will defend his snacks if he feels threatened. Managed feeding situations are recommended.
