Apollo

Meet Apollo! This gorgeous boy is our 1-year-old German Shepherd/Alaskan Malamute mix who is ready to find his forever family. Apollo was originally adopted to be a service dog, but his boundless energy was a bit too much to handle. He's a social butterfly who believes the world is full of sunshine and rainbows, and he wants to be everyone's best friend! Apollo is still young and shows some puppy behaviors that can be easily managed with patience and consistency. He absolutely lights up when toys are involved, and his favorite game is FETCH! He's still working on his mid-air ball-catching skills, but his enthusiasm is undeniable.

Ideal Home

Apollo would do well in a home that can keep up with his energetic spirit. He is kid-friendly, but not for very small children. He is also dog-friendly and loves to make new friends.

Ongoing Health

Apollo is neutered and up-to-date on vaccinations.

Training & Support

Apollo is treat-motivated and toy-motivated, making him eager to learn. He exhibits puppy-like behaviors that can be corrected with consistent training.
