Nessie

Nessie is a big, beautiful, friendly, and engaging girl who is about 1 year old and weighs around 80 pounds, with a little more growing to do. She had to get a super short haircut after her rescue due to mats, but we think she's even more gorgeous with her new look! We believe she's a Poodle/Great Pyrenees mix. Nessie gets along famously with everyone, including adults, children, other dogs, and even cats. She recently entered the Paws in Prison program, where she'll spend 8 weeks polishing up her manners and learning to be the best dog she can be. We're hoping to have a loving home ready for her when she graduates!

Nessie is currently participating in the Paws in Prison program to enhance her manners. We anticipate she'll excel in her training and will be a quick learner.

Transporation

Nessie is currently located in Arkansas. She can be adopted locally or transported to the New England area. If adopted in New England, adopters will need to pick up Nessie on a Saturday in PA, NJ, or CT, or arrange for a trusted friend or family member to pick her up. Residents of other states may adopt as well, as long as they can meet our transporter along their route.
