Meet Lilith, a charming black and white pittie mix with a heart full of love! Lilith was surrendered when her previous guardian faced eviction, and while her canine companion has found a home, Lilith is still waiting for her special person. She's lived happily with children, teenagers, and adults alike. In her previous home, Lilith's favorite pastimes were playing with other dogs and enjoying games of fetch. She's a smart cookie who knows "sit," especially when a tasty treat is involved, and she's eager to continue bonding through positive reinforcement training. Lilith is a devoted companion, spending her days indoors while her family was away, saving all her energy and affection for enthusiastic greetings and plenty of kisses upon their return. A recent volunteer sleepover revealed just how loving and affectionate Lilith truly is. While she has a good amount of energy, she settles down nicely after a good walk.
Ideal Home
Lilith would thrive in an active household where she can burn off some energy through play and exercise before settling in for couch snuggles. She wants to be an active part of her new family's activities.
Ongoing Health
Lilith is generally a healthy pup.
Training & Support
Lilith can be a bit overzealous with her affection, and her energetic licking might be overwhelming for some. She can also be a little tricky to get a harness on due to her excitement, though she walks well once it's on. Continued positive reinforcement training will help her channel her exuberance. As an added bonus, adopters receive $200 in "Pawsitivity Bucks" to use towards positive reinforcement-based training with a certified professional.
