Meet Toasty Buttercup, a sweet and gentle sausage dog with a heart of gold and eyes that melt even the coldest hearts! This approximately 2-year-old, 62-pound beauty is a true couch princess who loves everyone she meets. Toasty has a calm, affectionate nature and is incredibly patient, especially with children. She enjoys leisurely walks, car rides, and simply snuggling up with her favorite people. She's friendly and respectful towards other dogs, preferring to coexist peacefully, but would also be happy as your one-and-only furry companion. Toasty is eager to please and already knows how to sit, walks well on a leash, and is comfortable in her crate. She's the perfect homebody companion for those who work from home, offering quiet affection when you need it most.
Ideal Home
Toasty is looking for a loving family to share movie nights, slow mornings, and sunny afternoons with. She's adaptable and would do well in various home environments, including apartments or homes with a backyard. She would do best with another calm, relaxed dog or as your sole furry companion.
Ongoing Health
Toasty is up-to-date on all her vetting, which includes DAPP with booster, Bordetella, Rabies vaccine, multiple broad-spectrum deworming treatments, flea prevention, and a 12-month heartworm preventative injectable. She has also been heartworm tested.
Training & Support
Toasty is eager to please and loves treats, making her a joy to train. She already knows how to sit, walks well on a leash, and has great house manners. Her calm demeanor and love for her people make her an excellent candidate for further training.
