Meet Brandy, a sweet 10-year-old spayed Lab mix with a gentle soul and the softest eyes. She weighs around 31 pounds and has an incredibly laid-back, old-lady energy that is just too precious. Brandy arrived as an unclaimed stray with some painful open wounds on her head and ears. Despite her rough start and ongoing healing, she remains remarkably sweet, loving, and trusting towards people. Brandy is looking for a cozy couch, a soft bed, gentle hands, tasty treats, and a family to show her the comfort and kindness she truly deserves. Her ear is still healing, and she'll need some extra TLC, but even with some discomfort, she's a calm, affectionate, and easygoing companion. She enjoys the simple pleasures: soft blankets, peaceful afternoons, leisurely strolls, scenic views, good snacks, and extra naps. Retirement life suits her well! Brandy is potty trained, kennel trained, walks nicely on a leash, and is good with other dogs. She melts for treats and gentle snuggles. Brandy is the type of dog who just wants to quietly exist beside someone who loves her, bringing no chaos or drama, just a warm home, kind people, and a peaceful place to spend her golden years feeling safe and adored. • The first step is to complete our online application.
• Photos, information, age, breed, size, medical status, behavior, and adoption fee are all subject to change as we get to know them. We will continue to update their profiles with information and photos to better represent them!
• We are a foster-based rescue and generally do not have animals at our office, and not all animals attend adoption events. To coordinate a meet and greet with a specific animal please contact us!
• We can only finalize adoptions at events for approved adopters. The earlier you apply, the better, it takes time to review and approve applications!
• We host adoption events almost every Saturday from 11:00 AM to 2:00 PM around the Fort Collins community!
