Garcia

Garcia is a shy but incredibly sweet 9-month-old, 20 lb neutered male Sheltie or Collie mix. He's slow to trust new people, but once he knows he’s “yours,” he transforms into a devoted companion who will cuddle up in bed and follow you around. He also loves playing with other dogs and hanging outside!

Ideal Home

Garcia would thrive in a home where he can feel safe and loved. He needs a patient family to help him build confidence. A securely fenced yard is a must, as he is nervous on leash. He also needs another friendly dog in the home to learn from and feel comfortable with.

Ongoing Health

Garcia is neutered and up-to-date on vaccinations.

Training & Support

Garcia is crate trained and doing well with potty training. He is nervous on leash and needs a fenced yard. He needs to be in a home with another friendly dog to help him learn and gain confidence.

Transportation

Garcia is located in the Buffalo, NY area. Long-distance adoptions are considered, but you must be able to travel to Buffalo, NY for a meet and greet.
