Eustace

Eustace is a sweet, friendly, and easy-to-handle 13-year-old Maltese mix who weighs about 10 lbs. He came to us as a stray with severely matted fur, requiring a shave-down, and we also had to remove an embedded foxtail from his skin. Despite his past, Eustace is a true sweetheart and is currently enjoying a "Frosted Fling" in a foster home to help us learn even more about him. His foster mom reports that he's been doing well with his housemates, knows the command "sit," and makes an effort to go potty outside. He's a bit underweight but is expected to fill out with good nutrition and lots of love.

Ideal Home

Eustace is doing well with his current housemates and seems to be a well-rounded companion.

Ongoing Health

Eustace had an embedded foxtail removed and his fur shaved due to matting. He is currently a bit underweight but is expected to improve with proper care.

Training & Support

Eustace knows the command "sit" and is making an effort to go potty outside. He will likely continue to thrive with consistent positive reinforcement and love.
