My name is Ned, and I'm a handsome boy with a stunning coat that appears black but shines a deep brown in the sun. I have adorable white tips on my toes and a distinguished white patch on my chin that gives me a tiny goatee. I arrived here from New Mexico with my siblings, Dusty and Lucky, as "The Three Amigos!"
I'm mostly potty trained and I'm a champion snuggler, happy to share your bed or the sofa. I know "sit," "off," and "come," and I'm eager to learn more! Training classes would be a blast and a great way for us to bond. I love to chase anything that rolls, play tug-of-war with stuffed toys, and use my nose to find treats. While I'm still learning not to explore every surface, I'm getting better every day with guidance. I have a unique bark that sounds more like a small creature when I'm scared, but thankfully, that doesn't happen often. I enjoy wrestling and playing with dogs of all sizes, and my foster mom affectionately calls me "Jaws" when I playfully show off my teeth during roughhousing! She also calls me "Snuffles" because I eat from a Snuffle Mat to slow me down. I'm not a fan of the cold, but I do look dapper in cute coats! I promise to be "Nifty Ned" and bring lots of fun and love to my forever family. I'm friendly with kids and have a 10-year-old human foster sister who adores me.
Ideal Home
I thrive in a home with another dog to provide companionship, comfort, and playtime. I am not suited to be an only dog. I love to snuggle on the sofa and sleep in bed with my people. A family that has time to play, teach, and include me in activities would be wonderful.
