Meet Tiki!

This sweet 2-year-old, 12 lb Chi mix is a shy girl who is blossoming with confidence in her foster home. She absolutely loves to snuggle and is happiest when surrounded by soft dog beds and cozy blankets. Tiki enjoys walks but can be a bit startled by loud noises, though she recovers quickly. She's already mastered crate, leash, and house training (when on a schedule!).

Ideal Home

Tiki would thrive in a patient, loving, and consistent home. She really benefits from having another low-key dog around to show her the ropes and provide companionship, especially when she's alone. Due to her being a little barky with new noises, an apartment or townhome is not the best fit for her.

Ongoing Health

Tiki is spayed and up to date on all vaccinations.

Training & Support

Tiki is generally well-behaved but can be a bit barky with new noises. Consistency and patience will be key to helping her continue to gain confidence. Her foster parents have seen her make incredible progress, and with the right environment, she'll continue to show her sweet affection and gorgeous smile!

Application Details:

• Applications start by contacting us through Wags.
• This pup will be available at our Saturday adoption event.
• Meet and greets are from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM.
• Please bring all resident dogs and children for the meet and greet.
• Our adoption fee is $350, which includes spay/neuter, vaccinations, deworming, microchip, and heartworm test.

Transportation

Tiki is currently located at our rescue at 4131 S Shingle Rd suite 14, Shingle Springs, CA. Transportation may be available to approved adopters.
