Meet Mila! Mila is a 3-year-old, 40lb spayed female Pitbull/Staffie mix who is as smart and curious as she is affectionate. She loves to explore and learn, picking up new lessons quickly. Mila is very people-oriented and will happily follow her favorite humans around, showering them with love and cuddles. She hasn't met a stranger and gets excited to greet new friends.
Ideal Home
Mila would thrive in a moderately to very active home with older children (10+) or no children, and at least one other dog. She would love a family who wants an outdoors companion or running partner. A home where someone is present more often than not would be ideal, as she enjoys company and has been trusted to be left unsupervised when food and trash are secured.
Ongoing Health
Mila is a healthy girl with no known ongoing health concerns.
Training & Support
Mila is not crate trained as she has always had access to a doggy door and someone home. She has a tendency to jump on other dogs, so continued positive reinforcement and guidance around canine interactions will be beneficial. She is very teachable and eager to please with reassurance, and will need continued training as she is still young. To ensure household harmony, it's recommended to feed Mila separately due to her enthusiasm for food.
