Prince Naveen is a handsome gentleman with a distinguished dusting of salt-and-pepper on his face, making him look like a wise old soul. But surprise – this sweet boy is estimated to be just under 3 years old! We suspect he might be a Lab mix, but as with all rescues, his breed and birthday are our best guess. What we do know is that Prince Naveen is a dog built for soft blankets, beloved stuffed toys, and deep affection from his people. He is a tender soul who seems to have once navigated life on his own but never lost his longing for the comfort of a loving home.
Ideal Home
Prince Naveen would thrive in a home that offers peace and quiet. He is not a fan of chaos or rambunctious play and prefers to be a calm observer. He needs a cat-free home, as he is too eager around felines and doesn't understand their cues for space. Apartment living may be possible, but consideration should be given to his vocal nature when food is being prepared or when he spots passing cars.
Ongoing Health
Prince Naveen is up-to-date on all vetting, which includes DAPP with booster, Bordetella, Rabies vaccine, multiple broad-spectrum deworming treatments, spay/neuter, flea prevention, a 12-month heartworm preventative injectable, heartworm test and treatment if needed, and a microchip with free lifetime registration.
Training & Support
Prince Naveen has excellent house manners and is both house-trained and crate-trained. He walks nicely on leash and corrects easily when distracted. He can be vocal when food is being prepared, but this is manageable. He is socially appropriate, calm, and communicative with other dogs, sharing space well and knowing when to disengage from overwhelming interactions.
