Meet Sweetie! She's a vibrant 2-year-old Vizsla mix who is fully ready to capture your heart and join her forever family! True to her name, Sweetie is a total lovebug with an affectionate personality and a heart of gold. She is a perfect medium size, weighing in at about 46 pounds. This smart girl is fully house trained and has made incredible strides with her crate training, meaning she now happily walks right into her kennel with zero fuss. Sweetie does experience some separation anxiety when away from her favorite humans, but with the help of a daily medication, it is beautifully managed and under control. She has made massive progress and handles her alone time like a champ!
Ideal Home
Sweetie thrives around other dogs her size and older. She is a respectful playmate who shows zero food or toy aggression. Because of her play style, she would do best in a home without small dogs. Her foster family is currently unsure of how she would do with cats.
Ongoing Health
Sweetie is already spayed, up to date on all of her vaccines, heartworm negative, and current on her monthly preventatives. She can occasionally have a small accident if she gets startled or scared, but a patient, reassuring touch is all she needs to feel safe. Her separation anxiety is beautifully managed with daily medication.
