Lucy

Lucy is a 5-6 month old, 21 lb girl who will likely be around 40 lbs when fully grown. She is a calm, gentle puppy with a heart of gold. Lucy is a mixed breed with a sweet and adorable personality. She is living with a foster family with four children, ages 6, 7, 9, and 12, and does wonderfully with them. Lucy is affectionate and happiest when she feels safe and loved. She enjoys car rides and treats and has quickly become a favorite in her foster home. Lucy has an energy level of about 3/10, making her a dream dog.

Ideal Home

Lucy would thrive with a patient family who can continue to build her confidence through positive experiences, socialization, and leash training. She enjoys following her foster dog sister and playing with squeaky toys. Lucy gets along well with other dogs but does not require a canine companion.

Ongoing Health

Lucy is healthy and has been house trained and crate trained. She sleeps soundly through the night in her crate.

Training & Support

Like any puppy, Lucy is still learning. Her future family should be prepared to continue working on leash skills, socialization, and basic puppy training. Lucy can be a little shy when meeting new people and situations, and takes time to warm up. Patience and understanding will help her loving personality shine through.

Transporation
