Honey Comb is a sweet, affectionate, and silly 6-year-old terrier mix weighing 68 lbs. She's a true cuddle bug who loves nothing more than being by your side, whether you're relaxing or working. Honey Comb is also independent enough to entertain herself with a chew toy or puzzle, making her an excellent work-from-home companion. When it's time for fun, she's always ready for zoomies, neighborhood walks, or car rides. She greets everyone, young and old, with a big smile and a signature "stop, drop, and roll" for belly rubs. Honey Comb has excellent manners, is smart, and learns routines quickly. She's incredibly respectful of food and a joy to live with.
Ideal Home
Honey Comb would thrive in a home where she can spend plenty of quality time with her people. She needs a fenced-in backyard for playing fetch and sunbathing. A quieter suburban or rural setting is preferred over a busy city, as she loves nature trails and hikes. As an only pet, Honey Comb truly shines and can soak up all the love and attention. A feline-free home is recommended as her interactions with cats have not been tested. She would do best in a home with children aged 4 and up to avoid accidentally bumping smaller children.
Ongoing Health
Honey Comb is up-to-date on all age-appropriate vaccinations, has been spayed, microchipped, and is on flea/tick/heartworm prevention. She has had all necessary vet care while in our care.
Training & Support
Honey Comb is kennel trained, potty trained, and leash trained. She communicates her need to potty by "tap dancing" by the door. She is not destructive and can be trusted when left alone. She is happy to sleep in a kennel but would love to sleep in bed with her forever family or on a dog bed next to theirs.
