The Gentle Soul with a Husky Smile and a Heart Full of Calm
Micah is a 4-year-old, 50 lb Husky with the soul of an old friend and the playfulness of a pup who hasn’t lost his spark. With his soft, expressive eyes and classic Husky good looks, he turns heads—but it’s his calm, steady personality that really makes him special. A little reserved at first, Micah warms up quickly and becomes a sweet, loyal companion who loves nothing more than being near his people. He’s slightly submissive in nature, which makes him gentle, easy to be around, and incredibly endearing. He gets along wonderfully with other dogs and truly thrives in a home with a canine buddy to play with. He and his foster sibling love a good round of chase before curling up for a nap together. Micah is fully potty trained, respectful in the house, and while he tolerates being crated, he much prefers to be near his people or stretched out on a soft spot nearby. He’s easy on leash, takes correction well, and is eager to please—making him a dream for someone looking for a low-maintenance companion with a kind heart.
Ideal Home
Micah would do well in a home with a yard, or in an apartment with regular outdoor time. He has not had direct experience with cats or small children, but his gentle demeanor suggests he could adapt well in a calm, predictable environment. We recommend homes with children 10 years and over.
Ongoing Health
Micah is up to date on all vaccinations and is neutered.
Training & Support
Micah is fully potty trained and easy on leash. He is eager to please and takes correction well.

Transporation
Micah is currently being fostered in Texas and will be transported to his forever home by our rescue. We have transports departing each week!
