Skipper

Skipper is a sporty and energetic girl who loves to play fetch! She's a tripod, with a front leg that was amputated due to trauma. Skipper has fully healed and has developed a wonderful personality with those she trusts. She's a black and white pup who is perfect for a baseball or softball fan, as she can play fetch for a long time. Once she's tired, Skipper loves to cuddle close to her people.

Ideal Home

Skipper would do best as the only pet in the home, as she is not good with other dogs or cats. She may need some extra time to warm up to new people, but treats and a ball should help her feel comfortable.

Ongoing Health

Skipper's front leg was amputated, but she has fully healed.

Training & Support

Skipper is learning basic commands like sit, down, and leave it. She needs more training with leash walking, but responds well to a head halter and treats to redirect pulling.
