Tre is a loving, energetic boy with a big personality and an even bigger heart. This medium-sized pup is full of life and joy, always ready to play, give hugs, and cover you in kisses. He's the kind of dog who truly just wants to be close to his person, whether that's exploring the outdoors or curling up together on the couch at the end of the day. Tre is smart and well-mannered. He is house trained, crate trained, and has established great routines in his foster home. He keeps his crate tidy, settles in well, and has a healthy appetite. He especially enjoys tasty treats, a good chew toy, and relaxing on his dog bed after a fun day of play. This athletic boy can jump impressively high and loves staying active. He would thrive in a home that can provide both physical activity and quality time with his family. While he enjoys adventure, Tre also has a sweet, affectionate side and is happiest when he's close to the people he loves. Tre was saved from a euthanasia list in Houston, Texas, and is now safe in foster care while waiting for his forever family.
Ideal Home
Tre would thrive as the only dog in the home, where he can soak up all of the love and attention he deserves. While he has had positive interactions with female dogs, he can be selective with canine companions. Any potential dog siblings should be evaluated on a case-by-case basis, with slow, thoughtful introductions to help set everyone up for success.
