Meet Delta, a charming and resilient Basset Hound mix who's ready to leave her street-dog past behind! Around 6 years old and weighing close to 50 lbs, Delta is a true Basset Hound at heart – stubborn, yes, but also guaranteed to keep you laughing with her delightful antics. She was found living on the streets and, while she's looking a lot better now, her past has left a few marks. She's currently being treated for Chagas disease and is doing wonderfully, proving she's as strong as an ox! Delta also successfully completed heartworm treatment.

Ideal Home

Delta enjoys the company of male dogs and can coexist with the right male or female canine companion.

Delta is currently being treated for Chagas disease and is responding very well to her treatment. She has also successfully completed treatment for heartworms.

Training & Support

Delta's strong Basset Hound personality means she can be a bit stubborn, but her unique character will surely bring joy to your home.

• Applications start by contacting us through Wags.
• Delta is spayed, up to date on all shots, and microchipped.
• Her adoption fee is $450, which includes transport costs.
• Every dog adopted through Tracy's Paws receives Chagas, heartworm, and tick testing (when age-appropriate), all core vaccines (age-appropriate), heartworm and flea/tick preventatives, regular deworming, spay/neuter surgery, and a microchip.

Transporation

Delta is currently located in Hondo, Texas. She is available for transport to Frederick, MD on August 22nd.
