Mochi is a truly magical pup with a heart of gold, ready to bring joy to his forever home! We believe he's a Cur and Pittie mix, but as a rescue, this is our best guess. Mochi boasts a stunning dark brindle coat that's both sleek and stylish. Estimated to be around 2 years old and weighing 66 pounds, Mochi is a substantial bundle of love who isn't afraid to snuggle up for a big bear hug!
Ideal Home
Mochi is incredibly people-oriented and greets everyone with a wagging tail and a smile. He's lived with young children without issue and would make a wonderful playmate. He's a confident and trusting companion for outdoor adventures, no matter the terrain. While he would be happiest in a home with a yard, he could also adapt to apartment living. We recommend him for a home with children 10+. Mochi is not recommended for homes with kitties.

Mochi is up-to-date on all vetting and has had a full health clearance.
Training & Support
Mochi can get a little excited on leash, so he'd do best with someone who can handle his enthusiasm. He's food-motivated, already knows "sit" and "stay" for treats, and takes them gently. His favorite treat is beef jerky! He also enjoys playing with toys, carrying them around, and doing an "inventory" before choosing his favorite.

- Included in the fee: DAPP vaccines, Bordetella, Rabies vaccine (if old enough), multiple broad-spectrum deworming treatments, spay/neuter, flea prevention, 2 months of heartworm preventative, extended medical such as dentals, eye surgeries, and orthopedic surgeries when suggested by our partner vets, a microchip with free lifetime registration, a high-quality nylon Martingale collar for dogs over 4 months old, a health certificate deeming the pup healthy for travel, cost of transport*, and many priceless years of love and loyal companionship.
- There will be an additional $87 surcharge for transport due to rising fuel costs.
Transporation
Mochi is available for adoption in NV, MT, CO, UT, ID, OR, WA, Canada, and now the East Coast! Our PNW dogs are transported in a USDA licensed semi-truck with air conditioning and onboard care. East Coast transport will be via a private, air-conditioned 3LP-run van. You can follow your dog's journey on a private Facebook Event page and connect with other adopters. An Adoption Coordinator can help you find the closest transport pick-up location.
