Meet Lachenbock Farm. Our 165-acre farm is located in the mountains of the Northwest corner of Georgia. We're located 20 minutes from the Chattahoochee National Forest, 30 minutes for Chattanooga TN , 90 minutes from Atlanta and 40 minutes from the Alabama border. We raise Nubian and Mini Nubian dairy goats that live with and are protected by our Great Pyrenees. We raise and breed Great Pyrenees because we believe they are the best dog breed on the planet. They're excellent livestock guardians and they make great pets too. They're intelligent, affectionate, loyal and excellent caretakers of our goats. We could not operate our farm as we do without them. Our goal is to provide healthy, sound, good-tempered puppies and dogs with good conformation that are also affordable. All our breeding dogs have hip certification of "Good" or "Excellent" through the OFA (Orthopedic Foundation for Animals).
